Returning your Manly
Eligible items purchased from manlyindulgence.com can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days from purchase date. Ineligible items include items in clearance section, flash sale items and retired fragrances.
To return your shipment, please contact the customer service department at 1-866-445-9993 or email customerservice@mvpgroupint.com with name and order number and our customer experience representatives will help you in the process.
Did you purchase your Manly Indulgence product at a physical store or online marketplaces (Ex. Amazon, Wayfair)? Please return or exchange your product at the location or marketplace where you purchased it.

Items you intend to return must be unused, and in sellable condition.

To return an item, fill out the Return Form on your packing slip noting the reason for the return and enclose it with the product being returned. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all the information on a separate sheet of paper, including your order number, mailing address and phone number, along with the item description, and include it with the return.

Returned products must be securely packed in original packaging such as to ensure safe delivery back to our distribution facility. If the items arrive back at our facility in broken condition, it will impact the refund amount.

Orders over $100 may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

In some cases, our shipping carriers show that a delivery was completed, but a customer doesn't find their products. We do not guarantee a replacement in this scenario, but we do want to help you. Please get in touch with our customer service team.

Credits for returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Refunds can take 7 - 10 business days, once the credit has been requested. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Product:
For product that has arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order.
